Under a Capital Maximiser Facility, Hermes provides combined revolving line of credit and term loan facilities advanced against the value of the client’s debtors, plant and equipment and property.
How Hermes Works
The revolving credit component of the Capital Maximiser is either a Hermes Factoring Facility or a Hermes Confidential Invoice Discounting Facility.
The term loan component is a loan that is either interest only or amortised via the debtor finance facility, subject to the structure of security available as collateral.
By adding a term loan facility to the debtor finance facility, the business can achieve extra leverage to meet its medium term objectives.
Hermes provides Capital Maximiser facilities from $0.5m to $10m.
